Financial Policies and Information
The East Valley Adventist School Board makes every effort to offer quality, Christian education at reasonable tuition rates. We reserve the right to raise or lower tuition rates from year to year.
Financial Contract
A signed Financial Contract for the school year is required from each family.
Financial Clearance for Diploma
Financial Clearance must be obtained from the Business Office before students will be able to obtain an 8th grade graduation diploma.
Billing Statements & Payment
A billing statement listing all charges and payments will be sent ten times during the school year. Cash, check and credit card payments are accepted.
Checks or money orders should be made payable to East Valley Adventist School and should include explicit information detailing to which account the money should be applied. All payments should be delivered or mailed to:
East Valley Adventist School
3554 Maine Ave.
Baldwin Park, CA 91706

If a check is returned for any reason, a $25 fee will be charged. If the account has a history of returned checks because of insufficient funds, payments will need to be made in cash, cashier’s check, money order, or debit transaction.
It is vital that EVAS collect tuition payments in a timely manner. Therefore, please be advised that each student’s account must have a balance of zero before they will be allowed to participate in graduation activities.
Extracurricular Fees
Throughout the school year there are a variety of miscellaneous charges, some mandatory and others are extracurricular. Some of these charges include, but are not limited to, field trips, transportation fees and class events. Many of these activities are optional, but are highly recommended for students to help nurture their physical, mental, spiritual, social and emotional well-being.
