Students visit the Los Angeles zoo to learn more about different animals from around the world. The students were studying about habitats around the world and this trip completed the unit. The students were amazed to see God’s creatures up close and personal.
The staff at EVAS try to bring students to places that they have not been to before. Visiting places like the Norton Simon Museum helps the students learn to appreciate artists. It also inspires students to be more creative. Here, the students pose in front of a painting at the Norton Simon Museum.
Some students pray during the Fall Week of Prayer. Daniel Echeverria came and taught the students about the importance of the Bible. The students learned about how the Bible acts like our sword and if they know and understand God’s message, they’ll be able to conquer anything.
